General Terms and Conditions 1. Year-round promotion is valid till 31 December 2012 (unless otherwise specified). 2. Personal credit cards or Business Cards (if applicable) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) (including co-branded/affinity cards) must be used for payment to receive these offers. HSBC may, at its discretion, make available these offers to participating co-branded/affinity cards that are not issued by HSBC. 3. These offers are applicable to JCB gold card or HSBC UnionPay Dual Currency credit card cardholders only at outlets accepting such card for payment. These offers are not applicable to Renminbi credit card, US Dollar credit card, Corporate card, Purchasing card and Super Ease account card. 4. The offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers, discounted items, fixed-priced items, coupons, cash coupons, VIP cards, VIP bonus point programme and membership benefits (unless otherwise specified). 5. These offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts. 6. Advance appointment with mentioning of using the offer during reservation may be required for specific merchants (please call the respective merchants for details in advance). 7. HSBC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the respective merchants. 8. These offers are bound by the terms and conditions of the respective merchants. 9. In case of any dispute arising from the promotion, the decision of HSBC and the respective merchants shall be final. 10. HSBC accepts no liability for any changes of the offers and will not notify cardholders separately of any such changes. 11. In the event of inconsistency between the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
