//The policy to cut out 1.5% rebate for all bill-payment by ICBC, on the other hand, is an golden opportunity for ICBC Horoscope cardholder to review the way to pay bill. Maybe we should thanks ICBC, to a certain extent.

It's not good news. We have no replacements for insurance premiums that must be paid for by internet banking bill payment, rates, water, or government rent at or near that 1.5% rebate level.

Oh, what I mean is that we are here to review the way to pay bill as used to this ICBC card. I should have clairfied that. This days, after the announcement of new policy, we have been discussing. And I am sorry for those who have to pay insurance premiums, which could be a heavy expense.

But of course, a coin has it two sides. I don't rely merely on one way of payment. There are pretty much way to pay, other than using online banking / auotpay by credit card. The reward could be much more than those you earned by using this ICBC horoscope which offer 1.5%.

See if you guys can find out the suitatble way.

Would be good if you could share some specifics regarding what might give greater rewards than ICBC Horoscope VS 1.5%...
